1. Purpose
To define transparent incentive structure and protect company from risk exposure.
2. Eligibility
Incentives shall be payable only when:
Client payment is fully realized.
No dispute is pending.
Service period has commenced.
3. Incentive Release Mechanism
50% released in current cycle.
50% held as risk retention for 60 days.
If no complaint arises, balance released.
4. Clawback Clause
Incentives shall be recoverable if:
Client disputes service within 90 days.
Refund is issued.
Fraud or misrepresentation is discovered.
Employee violated communication protocol.
Recovery may be adjusted from:
Pending salary
Incentive dues
Legal claim
5. No Cash Payments
All incentives shall:
Be paid via bank transfer
Be documented in payroll
Be subject to statutory deductions
6. Termination & Recovery
In case of termination due to misconduct:
Pending incentives shall stand forfeited.
Company may pursue recovery of prior incentive paid if linked to disputed transaction.
7. Declaration
Employee acknowledges that incentives are conditional and subject to clawback.
