1. Definition of Misconduct
The following shall constitute misconduct:
Unauthorized client communication
Data misuse
CRM manipulation
Misrepresentation
Profit guarantee statements
Personal fund handling
Reputational harm
Absconding without notice
Non-cooperation in investigation
2. Levels of Disciplinary Action
Level 1 – Written Warning
For minor procedural violations.
Level 2 – Suspension Pending Inquiry
For suspected serious misconduct.
Level 3 – Termination with Cause
For proven misconduct.
3. Internal Investigation Process
Written complaint or observation recorded.
Preliminary review of evidence.
Show-cause notice issued.
Employee response recorded.
Decision documented.
4. Right to Recover Damages
Company reserves the right to:
Initiate civil proceedings
Recover financial losses
Claim damages
Seek criminal remedy
5. Finality Clause
Disciplinary decisions of management shall be final subject to applicable laws.
